PRESTO Electric Bikes - ETRA: European Two-Wheeled Retailers Association

The SRAM Cycling Fund supports ETRA’s role in the promotion of cycling and bicycle retailers at the European level. ETRA is a partner in the consortium carrying out the European funded Presto project. Presto is about promoting cycling and transferring knowledge on cycling policies between 5 cities: Bremen, Grenoble, Tczew, Zagreb and Venice. This is the first EU cycling project ever to involve bicycle dealers. Presto received a € 1.4 million EU subsidy and is aimed at increasing the modal share of cycling in the five cities. ETRA aims at making bicycle dealers in the project cities aware of the opportunities in catering for urban cycling.
